‘A warm welcome from UoB Knitting Society! It is a place for everyone, from beginners to experienced knitters, to meet and chat in a friendly and relaxed setting. Share hints and tips, take up a new skill or be inspired as you plan your next project.
Membership is £3, which includes a ball of wool and pair of needles! A free membership is also available for people who don’t need needles and wool.
Depending on Covid-19 regulations, meetings are usually on Saturday afternoons in the Stacy Room, Richmond Building (Bristol SU), from 3 pm to 5 pm. Weekly meetings will be announced by email and on the society Facebook page.’
